Start your return through our Return Portal at U50.com. Once submitted, follow the provided instructions. Use the recommended shipping method to ensure proper tracking.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days after processing for funds to appear. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item: Place a new order for your preferred item and return the original item through the Return Portal.
Please return items in their original packaging when possible.
If unavailable, use a secure box or poly mailer to ensure the item is protected during transit.
If your order was purchased using a gift card and another payment method:
