Official Rules

The “Stay Calm, Stay Well” giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by United Fifty Holdings LLC, 214 South Coast Highway, Laguna Beach, California 92651 (the “Sponsor”). This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, each entrant releases Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability related to the Giveaway.

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Instagram entrants must have a public Instagram account; email entrants under Section 4(b) do not need an Instagram account. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, agencies and partners, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

The Giveaway begins on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at the time the official Giveaway post is published on @united50, and ends on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper for the Giveaway.

Limit one (1) entry per person in total, by one method only, no matter how many comments, tags, shares or accounts a person uses.

(a) Instagram entry. During the Entry Period, do all four of the following on Instagram: 

(1) like the official Giveaway post on @united50; 

(2) comment on that post, tagging at least one other Instagram user in the comment; 

(3) follow @united50; and 

(4) share the giveaway reel posted by @united50 on October 28, 2026 to your Instagram Story, or repost the reel. You must still be following @united50, and all four steps must still be complete, at the time of the drawing. A repost must remain posted until the winners are announced. A Story share expires after 24 hours; if you enter by Story share, keep the share in your Instagram Story Archive until the winners are announced, so Sponsor can verify it if your entry is drawn. Do not tag any person in a photo as part of your entry. A person you tag is not entered unless that person enters on their own.

(b) Email entry. During the Entry Period, send an email to support@u50.com with the subject line “Holiday Giveaway Entry” and your full name and state of residence in the body. The email must be received before the Entry Period ends. Email entries have the same chance of winning as Instagram entries, and entering by email requires no purchase and no Instagram action of any kind.

Entries generated by script, bot or other automated means, entries from fake or duplicate accounts, and entries that do not follow these Official Rules are void. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or not received for any reason.

Two (2) prizes will be awarded, one to each winner:

• Women’s set: one (1) Bonita Pullover Hoodie and one (1) Vista Del Sol Sweatpants, in Indian Teal, in the winner’s choice of available sizes. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $275.
• Men’s set: one (1) North Laguna Pullover Hoodie, in Vintage Black, and one (1) South Laguna Sweat Pant, in Black, in the winner’s choice of available sizes. ARV: $300.

Total ARV of all prizes: $575. Prizes are subject to size and stock availability, are not transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash or credit. If a winner’s requested size is unavailable, Sponsor will offer the nearest available size or a substitute item of equal or greater value. Sponsor may substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable. Each winner is responsible for any taxes on their prize.

On Sunday, November 1, 2026, Sponsor will draw entries at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, in the following order:

(a) Sponsor will draw and verify the first winner. Before a drawn entrant is confirmed as a winner, Sponsor will verify their eligibility and that they completed the entry method they used. The first confirmed winner may choose either the women’s set or the men’s set.

(b) Sponsor will then draw and verify the second winner, who will receive the remaining set. If the second confirmed winner declines the remaining set, that winner forfeits any claim to a prize, and Sponsor will draw and verify an alternate winner for that set.

(c) If a drawn entrant is ineligible, did not complete the entry requirements, cannot be reached, or does not respond in time under this Section, Sponsor will draw and verify an alternate entrant in their place, in the same order.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winners will be notified only by direct message from the @united50 Instagram account, or, for email entrants, only by reply email from support@u50.com. Sponsor will never ask a winner for payment, a password, or card details. Each winner must reply within forty-eight (48) hours after the notification is sent, with their full name, a shipping address in the United States, their size selections, and, for the first confirmed winner, their choice of set. Prizes will ship within fourteen (14) days after Sponsor receives a winner’s complete information. After both winners are confirmed, Sponsor will announce them on @united50.

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, each winner gives Sponsor permission to use their Instagram handle (or, for an email entrant, their first name) and first name to announce the winners on Sponsor’s social channels, without further compensation.

Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, enters by automated or fraudulent means, or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failure, a change in Instagram’s service, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Giveaway. If Sponsor cancels or materially modifies the Giveaway before the Entry Period ends, Sponsor will post notice on @united50 and on the Official Rules page. Sponsor’s decisions about eligibility, the drawing and these Official Rules are final.

By entering, each entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc., and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claim, injury, loss or damage arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use or misuse of a prize. Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes any liability for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, and nothing in this Section releases Sponsor from its obligation to award and deliver the prizes described in Section 5.

Sponsor collects entrants’ information only to administer the Giveaway, verify winners and deliver prizes. That information is handled under Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at u50.com/policies/privacy-policy. Sponsor will not sell personal information collected through this Giveaway.

The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of the Giveaway will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
