Our Approach
We design every piece with purpose. If it doesn’t align with you, we’ll help you realign.
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be returned within this timeframe and meet our return standards.

Return Eligibility
Returned items must be: 
Unworn and unused
In original condition
Free of damage, stains, or odor
With original tags attached (if applicable)

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required. If your item does not meet these standards, the return may be declined.
Our Standard
We maintain a high level of quality across every piece. If you’ve received a product that does not meet that standard, or something feels off, contact us at support@u50.com
We’ll work with you to find a resolution aligned with our brand values.

How to Return
Start your return through your email purchase confirmation. Once submitted, follow the provided instructions. Use the recommended shipping method to ensure proper tracking.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days after processing for funds to appear. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item: Place a new order for your preferred item and return the original item through the Return Portal.

Return Packaging
Please return items in their original packaging when possible.
If unavailable, use a secure box or poly mailer to ensure the item is protected during transit.

Gift Card Purchases
If your order was purchased using a gift card and another payment method: Refunds will first be applied to the gift card. Any remaining balance will be returned to the secondary payment method.

Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. These items will be clearly identified prior to purchase. If a Final Sale item is returned, we cannot guarantee it will be sent back.
